Grab injects another $76m into Singapore digital banking unit

Southeast Asian tech major Grab has injected $75.8 million into its digital banking unit, GXS Bank, according to a recent filing with Singapore’s Accounting Corporate and Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

The latest capital infusion follows a similar investment in the digibank unit in January this year. According to ACRA filings, these investments have brought Grab’s total investment in the unit to S$547.6 million ($409.5 million).
