Indonesia-listed e-commerce company Bukalapak has signed a “Subscription Agreement for a Limited Partnership Interest” in 500 Southeast Asia II, L.P, according to a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
Bukalapak, on April 29, subscribed for $7.5 million as a limited partner in a limited partnership with 500 Southeast Asia III, L.P., a fund managed by venture capital firm 500 Southeast Asia, the disclosure said.
