BDA Partners appoints Singapore-based MD
BDA Partners has appointed Dominik Woessner as a managing director and head of Private Capital Advisory (PCA) Secondaries, based in Singapore, according to an announcement.
In this role, Dominik will establish the PCA team of BDA, which will expand and deepen its advisory services for financial sponsors and their investors.
Dominik has 20 years of private equity advisory experience. He has played a senior role in the industry in Asia for the past ten years.
He previously worked on GP-led and LP-led transactions, as head of Secondaries Asia Pacific at Lazard, and as a managing director at Greenhill and Thrive Alternatives.
InCred Capital appoints senior executives
InCred Capital, the institutional arm of InCred Group, a diversified financial services firm, has announced the appointment of three senior executives to its leadership team in investment banking.
The firm has hired Akbar Khan as chairman, Advisory, Anjani Kumar as chairman, Client Coverage and Mahesh Prasad as managing director.
With the addition of these senior executives, InCred Capital aims to bolster its investment banking team further, ramp up deal origination and expand its presence across more sectors.
Khan brings more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate M&A, consumer and corporate finance, and fintech. Kumar has over 27 years of banking experience spanning M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance.
Prasad is a career investment banker with over 30 years of experience. He has joined as a managing director in Bangalore to further grow the firm’s class-leading Pharma advisory practice.
Quest Ventures partner Jeffrey Seah launches new VC fund
Jeffrey Seah, a former partner at Quest Ventures, has launched MSW (Mettle Salt Wealth) Ventures, a Singapore-based VC firm focusing on early- and growth-stage opportunities.
Other industry experts from companies like Plug and Play Tech Center, Quest Ventures, Ikigai Consultancy Services, and Avium have joined Seah to launch MSW Ventures.
“At MSW Ventures, we’re passionate about working with early- and growth-stage companies in their go-to-market endeavours—we will strive to help them be more comfortable with the uncomfortable,” Seah said in his LinkedIn post.
