Cybersecurity expert and researcher Vivek Ramachandran did not blink a bit as he clicked to open what looked like an infected email attachment sent to his inbox.
He did not know the email’s sender and, as a cybersecurity expert with several years of experience battling online threats, he was sure it contained viruses and worms that could sift through his computer and steal financial and personal data.
