Atlas Growth Acquisition Limited, the Singapore-based, Asia-focused special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), has abandoned its plans to raise up to $110 million in an initial public offering (IPO) in the US.
In a filing lodged with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the blank cheque company had asked that the withdrawal be effective from June 5, the date of the request.
