Chinese venture capital firm Xiang He Capital has raised $44.9 million so far for its third USD-denominated fund from US investors, its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed.
The fund, Xiang He Fund III, which was launched in June 2022, has so far secured commitments from 14 investors. US SEC filings usually represent the amount that a fund raised from US investors, and the total amount raised could be larger.
