Singapore-based digital investment platform Endowus issued shares worth $26.5 million to investors, including Prosus Ventures, EDBI, Z Venture Capital and UBS, last week.
The company is allotting these shares upon conversion of notes issued to the investors in November 2021, according to its regulatory filings.
