New Delhi: A significant tri-party conference was conducted on Monday to examine the security measures for the next MotoGP Bharat, which will be hosted at the Buddh International Circuit from September 22 to 24, 2023. The conference, which was attended by important players like the Gautam Buddha Nagar police administration, MotoGP Bharat authorities, and Jaypee Group, concentrated on several elements linked to guaranteeing the event’s safety and seamless operation.
Representatives from the local police administration were present for the security check, including Anand Kulkarni (ACP), Saad Mirza Khan (DCP), Ashok Kumar (Addl DCP), Pawan Kumar Gautam (ACP-3), Sanjay Kumar Singh (SHO Dankaur), and his team.
Members from Jaypee Group included S M Azmat, Brigadier Sudhir Lanba, Major Nishant Srivastava, and FairStreet Sports officials.
“It was a fruitful meeting. The local police understand the importance of MotoGP Bharat to India and have promised full cooperation in every way possible. After the meeting the focus has been to amplify the smooth organisation and logistics of the event,” Pushkar Nath Srivastava, Chief Operating Officer, Fairstreet Sports, Indian counterpart of MotoGP in India, said.
A detailed evaluation of the race’s security procedures and traffic strategy was one of the main topics of debate. The guests also reviewed the viability of helicopter access for VIP movements, as well as the ability to handle VIP arrivals with the highest attention.
The crew also inspected the circuit thoroughly and assessed the traffic control measures. The crew also visited the track to obtain insight into crowd management and to guarantee that the audience will have a flawless experience.
Following the discussion, the Joint CP directed the responsible authorities to create a thorough plan that included the issues mentioned and submit it to DCP Greater Noida for further evaluation within the next 10 days.
