New Delhi: Pamela Tikku, the former Chief Business Officer of International Centre for Automotive Technology ( ICAT), has joined Mahindra Group as Vice President and Head of Auto Group Public Affairs.

As the Vice President and Head of Auto Group Public Affairs at Mahindra Group, Tikku will be responsible for representing Mahindra’s views in policy matters pertaining to the automotive sector at both the Central and State government levels in India. With her deep understanding of the industry and regulatory landscape, she is poised to play a crucial role in shaping the future of Mahindra’s automotive endeavours.
Having served at the National Automotive Testing and R&D Infrastructure (NATRiP) project for 17 years, Pamela Tikku brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role at Mahindra. During her tenure at ICAT, Tikku held various key positions, including Deputy Director (Powertrain) and Chief Business Officer, where she played a pivotal role in driving business growth for the organization.
Under her guidance, ICAT crossed significant milestones and successfully steered projects, including the establishment of the Technology Portal ASPIRE under the government’s Capital Goods Scheme.
A BE graduate in Mechanical Engineering from REC, Jaipur, Tikku’s journey in the automotive world began as an engineer at Rico Auto Industries, after which she moved on to Honda Siel Cars India as a Senior Executive in 1999.
