Nissan offers free 30-point Monsoon check-up for cars till Sept 15

New Delhi: Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) has declared a free monsoon check-up camp for customers from July 15 to September 15, 2023. The camp will be available at authorized workshops that cater to Nissan and Datsun vehicles nationwide. Customers can conveniently schedule their service appointments through the Nissan Connect app or Nissan India website.

The monsoon check-up camp offers a comprehensive 30-point inspection, including a free battery check, exterior and interior evaluation, underbody examination, and a road test. Additionally, customers will receive a complimentary top wash. During the camp, customers can also enjoy discounts of up to 10% on wiper blades and up to 20% on labor, including brake pad replacement.

In addition to the monsoon camp, Nissan has introduced the ‘Convenience of Doorstep Service’ and ‘Pick-up and Drop-off’ services for Nissan cars to and from dealerships. The ‘Nissan Express Service’ promises a comprehensive service experience within 90 minutes. These customer-centric initiatives have earned Nissan appreciation from its user base. The previous nationwide free monsoon camp saw a tremendous response, with over 12,000 customers participating.

To further enhance their distribution capability and meet consumer expectations, Nissan expanded its network of customer touchpoints in FY23. The expansion includes 19 new touchpoints, comprising 14 showrooms and five service workshops, strategically positioned in key cities across the Northern and Southern regions of India.
