SAIC Motor, China’s largest carmaker, said that it recently signed a memorandum of understanding with German carmaker Audi on jointly developing intelligent and electric vehicles.
According to the memorandum signed on July 27, both sides will leverage their respective advantages and strengths to speed up Audi’s development of new electric vehicles in order to meet the demand of Chinese customers for premium connected electric vehicles.
SAIC Motor will make full use of its own technological advantages to jointly develop new products with Audi.
