Mahindra Logistics has appointed Saurabh Taneja as the company’s chief financial officer (CFO), effective September 01, 2023.
Saurabh will take over Yogesh Patel as CFO, who tendered his resignation from the role of CFO to pursue other opportunities outside the organisation. Patel was relieved from his responsibilities with effect from 10 March 2023.
Saurabh, a Chartered Accountant possesses 21 years of work experience with Fortune 100 companies and Big 4 Consulting Firm. He has worked across various finance sub-domains and with teams across geographies in a matrixed organization structure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced changing environment.
Previously, Saurabh was managing the role of CFO – Designate with TATA Boeing Aerospace Limited.
He has also been associated with PWC India and Canada, American Express and GE India, GE Diesel Locomotive JV where he was responsible for leading the entire finance engagement, policies implementation of new regulatory changes, internal controls, IT systems, operational processes and financial procedures to ensure integrity of financial information and reporting. He was also Director on the Board of GE Diesel Locomotive JV.
