TOKYO — Honda Motor, BMW Group and Ford Motor will form a joint venture linking automakers and power companies to optimize electric-vehicle grid services for North American drivers.
The three automakers will each hold an equal stake in ChargeScape and expect the venture to begin operations in early 2024, pending regulatory approvals, under plans announced Tuesday.
