@Ford: Natalie Pascaretta

Natalie Pascaretta, Lincoln Marketing Communications Manager, is responsible for leading Lincoln marketing communications including the media planning, social, content, owner, and CRM.

Before her role as Marketing Communications Manager, Pascaretta served in several roles within Ford Motor Company, including Model E Experience (dealership perspective from EB owners) and media and strategy for Lincoln. Pascaretta’s career has included roles that have spanned sectors including automotive, entertainment, and healthcare with a focus on marketing, communications, and digital strategy.

“What is great about Lincoln is that we can see the full end to end journey. We bring teamwork and passion to the brand, and we have a lot of focus on where we are trying to take Lincoln as a brand” Pascaretta said.

Pascaretta has a bachelor of arts in marketing from Michigan State University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and reading. Pascaretta has two boys and lives in Birmingham, MI.
