Dave Perczak, Sales and Service Manager for Lincoln is responsible for enhancing the retailer network while growing the brand’s sales and share as a luxury automotive brand.
Previously, Perczak was the regional manager of sales and service for the Detroit and New York regions. Since starting with Ford Motor Company in 1994, he has served on the franchising staff and has also held managerial sales and marketing positions in Washington, Detroit, New York, and Orlando.
His rich experience in the field positioned him perfectly for managing sales and service for Lincoln, training him to thoughtfully evaluate the distinct requirements of the market.
“My experiences working throughout the country have helped me understand the differences regarding our regional marketing and operating needs,” he said. “Retailers have taught me the business and I have an overwhelming sense of admiration for the way they serve their communities and support their teams.”
Perczak is an alum of University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in English literature.
He currently lives in Warwick, New York but is planning to relocate to Ann Arbor, Michigan, and has three dogs. He spends much of his free time fly-fishing, improving his golf game, and philanthropic endeavors at Mott’s Childrens Hospital in memory of his wife.
