Carwiz International took on a new journey recently by entering the South American market, starting with Chile.
Carwiz has opened two locations in Santiago, Chile – one in the downtown area and the other at Santiago-Rosalía de Castro Airport, the country’s main gateway. The Santiago operation is the first chapter in the company’s South American plans, with more locations planned for the near future.
The Santiago Airport recently underwent substantial modernization, expansion, and upgrade that now encompasses 359,000 square yards, with 574,000 square yards dedicated to the newly opened international passenger terminal.
This modernization positions Santiago Airport as Chile’s largest, busiest, and most advanced airport, aligning with Carwiz’s car rental services.
“Our expansion into South America [advances] our vision and determination to create a global network of outstanding car rental services,” said Karla Pokrajčić, Carwiz’s regional affiliate manager, in a news release. “We aim to bring the convenience and quality that the Carwiz brand is known for to travelers in Chile.”
With Carwiz International’s presence now on every inhabited continent, the company is positioned to serve the diverse needs of travelers around the world.
