Wallbox has announced a new strategic partnership with Osprey, a rapid EV charging network serving the UK.
Initially, the companies will work to expand Osprey’s network in the country with 125 units of Wallbox’s Supernova DC rapid charger. The Supernova charger pairs a modular design with an accessible user-centric experience and payment process that work to ensure ease of use and reliability for EV drivers. For charge point operators, the units can easily be scaled to improve their availability.
Through their partnership, Wallbox and Osprey are ultimately looking to develop and deploy public charging at scale in order to accelerate the transition to zero-emission transport. The first chargers installed as part of this collaboration recently went live at the Towneley Garden Centre in Burnley, a town in Lancashire.
