Kyber Network’s Loi Luu launches Caliber
Loi Luu, former CEO and co-founder of Singapore-based blockchain firm Kyber Network, has launched Caliber, a Web3 venture builder for crypto consumer apps, per a LinkedIn post shared by Luu.
Caliber aims to help founders on day-to-day strategies and operations for 6-9 months, providing them a team of financial, legal, and engineering experts and advisors.
The company lists Kyber Ventures, Signum Capital, multi-strategy blockchain investment firm Old Fashion Research, Parafi Capital, and Pantera among its backers.
Former founder and CEO of Singapore-based blockchain platform Zilliqa, Xinshu Dong has joined Caliber’s team as tech partner.
Authentickator raises $4m from Temasek’s Menyala
Singapore-based NFT verification platform Authentickator has raised $4 million in a seed funding round led by Temasek’s venture building firm Menyala, reported Tech in Asia.
Founded in 2022, Authentickator is a platform that enables users to easily browse, purchase, and verify the authenticity of NFTs, without a wallet or Web3 experience.
The startup plans to use the new capital to expand its user base and product range, added the report.
