Perion Network (NASDAQ and TASE: PERI), a NYC-based multi-channel advertising technology company, acquired Hivestack Inc., a programmatic digital out of home (DOOH) company.
The terms of the transaction include US $100M in cash paid upon closing and a 3-year employee retention and performance-based payment plan of up to US $25M.
The acquisition allows Perion to be at the forefront of the fast-growing DOOH channel, further diversifying its offering and expanding its global footprint.
