Guoco Group said on Monday a unit of GuocoLand has entered into the joint venture agreement with three parties for the development of a property in Singapore.
The agreement, which has been signed with Intrepid Investments, CSC Land Group (Singapore) and Lentor Central Park, will see the company undertake acquisition, development and dealing of the property, which has been acquired through a tender for S$435.2 million ($326.87 million).
