Telco giant PLDT and Vision Investment Holdings, a joint entity between private equity major KKR and Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC, have doubled down on Philippine-based unicorn Voyager Innovations, operator of the digital lender Maya Bank, according to regulatory filings.
