Agratas, Tata Group’s global battery business, and Tata Technologies, a global product engineering and digital services company, have joined forces to expedite the development and industrialisation of top-tier battery solutions.
This collaboration will facilitate Agratas in enhancing its product development, incorporating the design and integration of battery cells into modules and packs for global customers in the mobility and energy sectors.
Tata Technologies, with over 25 years of expertise, will develop digital business architectures to support the production of these battery solutions at Agratas’ gigafactories in India and the UK. This strategic partnership aims to strengthen Tata Technologies’ end-to-end Electric Vehicle design and development capabilities, contributing to Tata Group’s overarching mission of advancing the adoption of Electric Vehicles globally.
