With no sales planned for China, rollout aims to drive brand image
GUANGZHOU — Tesla’s Cybertruck has arrived in China, marking the first stop on an Asian road trip for the much-talked-about vehicle despite a lack of plans to hit the market there.
Crowds gathered outside a shopping center in Shenzhen on Tuesday, curious to see the futuristic Cybertruck. Not allowed to open the doors and climb inside, spectators settled for a peek of the interior.
