L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has announced a new strategic partnership with BlackBerry. Together, the companies will leverage BlackBerry’s QNX suite of automotive software solutions to enable the development of future Software Defined Vehicles (SDVs) for global OEMs.
Through the partnership, LTTS will begin to integrate BlackBerry technologies – including QNX Neutrino OS, QNX OS for Safety, QNX Hypervisor, BlackBerry IVY vehicle data platform, and QNX acoustics middleware – into its service offerings. This integration will help expedite product time-to-market, while ensuring safe and secure mission-critical solutions.
LTTS will deploy BlackBerry solutions as it builds next-generation SDV platforms on High Performance Compute (HPC) and domain controllers with complex software architectures and middleware that together reduce time-to-market for end customers. As part of their collaboration, LTTS and BlackBerry will jointly train engineers on QNX OS and QNX Hypervisor platforms.
For LTTS, the collaboration will ultimately serve as a key milestone in its journey to forge partnerships with global tech leaders and deliver advanced engineering solutions to its end customers.
