@Ford: Molly Gueli

Molly Gueli, Group Marketing Manager of Lifestyle Vehicles, Lincoln, is responsible for developing marketing, merchandising, and go-to-market plans for Lincoln’s two-row SUVs – the Corsair and all-new Nautilus – in the United States.

“One thing that has always drawn me to the Lincoln team is how committed and focused everyone is on delivering the strategy and keeping our clients at the center of everything we do. We are a mighty team and have always appreciated the deep collaboration across the Lincoln organization,” she stated.

Gueli started her career at Ford 13 years ago as a Product Development finance analyst. Her roles have given her extensive experience in marketing, products, and communications; she held previous positions in Advanced Product Marketing, Product Marketing, and several roles within Integrated Marketing Communications. In her new role as Group Marketing Manager, she will be responsible for being the voice of clients and ensuring Lincoln is delivering products and experiences that will exceed their expectations through engagement of new audiences; specifically, as it relates to the Nautilus and Corsair.

“Knowing my passions are rooted in consumer behavior, I forged a path forward in marketing,” recalls Gueli. I have spent a good portion of my career working on Lincoln, so I am excited to be back working on a brand that I love.”

Gueli received her bachelor’s degree and her MBA from Wayne State University. She and her husband reside in Dearborn, and they have two young children, Vera and Max. She enjoys cooking and running in her spare time when the weather is nice.
