MG Motor India has announced its network expansion plans across Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities and rural markets in India. With the aim of enhancing accessibility and proximity to customers, the company is set to establish 100 new touchpoints by the end of the year. Each dealership will showcase the latest MG models, offer digital configurators, and provide comprehensive aftersales support, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience for customers.

We are working towards introducing 100 new MG dealerships this year, tailored particularly for rural and Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities. Currently boasting more than 380 touchpoints across 170 cities in India, MG Motor has established a robust presence in the country. With 85% market coverage and strategically located service centers within a 15-kilometer radius, MG ensures quick assistance within just 30 minutes. As part of MG 2.0, the brand remains focused on strengthening its research and development efforts, expanding its manufacturing footprint through extensive localisation, and increasing annual production capacity from the current 100,000 plus to up to 300,000 vehicles, the company shared.
From a sales and aftersales perspective, MG Motor India aims to achieve 100% nationwide coverage and plans to have 520 touchpoints in 270 cities by the end of FY2024.
