Honda Motor Europe (HME) has confirmed a change to the senior management of its corporate communications team.
Nik Pearson is appointed as General Manager, Corporate Communications & Motorsport. Nik has worked for Honda since 2015 leading corporate communications activities for the automobile division. Prior to joining Honda, he held a variety of commercial and communication roles at Toyota GB.
John Kingston, who held the Corporate Communications role for the previous 7 years, will move to the position of General Manager, Business Transformation Office. As the mobility sector continues to rapidly evolve, John will be tasked with overseeing Honda’s transformation agenda, as the business seeks to take advantage of new and emerging opportunities within the sector. John has worked for Honda for 25 years, including roles in field sales, business planning, government affairs and corporate communications.
All new positions took effect on 1 April 2024.
