TVS Motor Company (TVSM) has announced a proactive inspection for a specific batch of its TVS iQube electric two-wheelers.
The company will inspect the bridge tube of the iQube electric scooters manufactured between July 10, 2023, and September 09, 2023. This inspection aims to ensure optimal ride handling and performance over extended usage. If any rectifications are required, they will be carried out at no cost to the customer.
In line with its commitment to customer satisfaction, TVS Motor Company is undertaking this activity proactively to provide a hassle-free experience for its customers. The company or its dealer partners will directly contact the affected customers to facilitate this process, TVS shared.
