Dealers of Jawa and Yezdi motorcycles, owned by the Mahindra and Mahindra Group, will get guidance from MSX International, a company specializing in auto retail consulting, the consulting company said.
The help will be provided under a program called “Ryde for G.R.O.W.T.H.”. It was not clear who would be paying for the effort.
The program includes several components designed to benefit dealers. These components encompass business management techniques, integration of digital and offline customer experiences, financial management skills, implementation of industry practices, and ongoing training programs.
Ashish Singh Joshi, CEO of Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, stated that the program aims to provide dealers with resources to navigate current market challenges and prepare for future developments. He noted that the initiative focuses on people, processes, and profits, with the goal of enabling dealers to make informed decisions about their businesses.
Himanshu Dhamesha, Regional Director of MSXI for India and the MENA region, expressed confidence in the program’s design and implementation. He suggested that the initiative could potentially improve customer experiences at dealerships and enhance brand perception. Dhamesha also indicated that improving interactions at initial customer contact points could lead to increased foot traffic and higher conversion rates.
The program appears to be designed to address various aspects of automotive retail, including operational efficiency, customer service, and business growth strategies. It is presented as a comprehensive approach to supporting dealers in adapting to current market conditions and preparing for future changes in the industry.
