Metastable Materials, a lithium-ion battery recycling startup, has announced the appointment of R U Srinivas as HR Advisor and Executive Coach. Srinivas brings 35 years of experience in various industries, including SaaS, banking, IT, business process outsourcing, auditing, and manufacturing.
Srinivas has held positions as CEO and board member, leading strategy, sales, operations, quality, finance, and HR functions globally. He has worked in over 20 countries and received recognition as an HRO and FAO superstar. Additionally, he provides pro-bono advice to startups at IIT Madras Incubation Centre and serves as an advisor to the NGO CHILD.
Shubham Vishvakarma, CEO of Metastable Materials, stated that Srinivas’s experience in team building and mentoring is expected to influence the company’s culture as it works towards its sustainability goals. Vishvakarma, who holds a B. Tech. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from IIT Roorkee, emphasized the importance of building a strong team in developing a global company.
