Tata Power, one of India’s largest integrated power companies and a leading provider of electric vehicle charging solutions, has announced that it has surpassed the installation of 100,000 home EV chargers across the country. These chargers are present across remote corners of the country and are enabling e-mobility adoption through a seamless and reliable charging experience for its customers at the convenience of their homes.
Tata Power, which has been spearheading the nation’s transition towards e-mobility, has also recently surpassed the milestone of deploying over 1,100 EV bus charging points in key metropolitan cities, thereby contributing to the establishment of a sustainable public transport charging network.
The company currently has a network of over 5,600 RFID-enabled 5,570 public and captive charge points, strategically located across malls, hotels, hospitals, offices, residential societies and highways, which are centrally monitored by an advanced Network Operations Centre (NOC) in Mumbai.
