Texas Instruments (TI) is exhibiting technologies for vehicle electrification, energy infrastructure, and appliances at electronica India 2024, from September 11-13. TI is presenting its analog and embedded processing products and designs in Hall 10, booth G01, at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida.
Santhosh Kumar, president and managing director of Texas Instruments India, stated that the company is showcasing its portfolio designed for the automotive, energy infrastructure, and appliances industries. He noted that system designers can utilize TI innovations for developing smart appliances, electric two- or three-wheelers, or solar grids.

For vehicle electrification, TI is displaying devices for battery management systems and EV powertrains. The exhibit includes advanced EV powertrain products such as AM26x microcontrollers (MCUs), C2000 MCUs, and the UCC5880-Q1 isolated gate driver. The battery management system demonstration features the TPS4811-Q1 smart high-side driver. For onboard chargers and DC/DC converters, TI is showing the LM5149-Q1 buck DC/DC controller.
In the energy infrastructure section, TI is presenting products for energy applications including smart energy metering, water and gas meters, solar power, smart grids, and energy storage systems. The company is demonstrating high voltage power conversion using TI GaN technology and C2000 MCUs for solar inverters. Smart metering technologies, including ultrasonic and wave meters, are also on display.
For appliances and motor control, TI is exhibiting products for sensing, connectivity, motor drivers, and power management. The company is demonstrating motor control and sensing products for residential air conditioners and appliances. Smart motor drives featuring the MSPM0 MCU series and MCF8315 brushless DC motor driver are being shown. TI is also presenting Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth technologies for appliance connectivity.
