Isuzu Motors India has opened a new ‘Isuzu Skill Development and Experience Centre’ in Noida, aimed at providing skill development training to ISUZU dealer technicians in line with the company’s network expansion plans. The centre is designed to improve service capabilities and ensure customer satisfaction through the right products and services.
The facility, located in Sector-10, will provide comprehensive training for service personnel, including service managers, advisors, and technicians from ISUZU’s dealer partners in the northern and neighboring regions.
It includes a brand experience centre with a permanent display of two vehicles in a thematic setting. This new centre complements an existing skill development facility in Chennai, which has been operational since 2014.
The training program at the Noida facility will cover various technical aspects of ISUZU vehicles, focusing on service knowledge and skill enhancement. The training modules will include both classroom learning and practical sessions in live work bays, covering everything from routine maintenance to advanced drivetrain management. The centre is equipped to train 15-20 dealer personnel per session, with dedicated ISUZU service coaches leading the sessions.
Toru Kishimoto, Deputy Managing Director of Isuzu Motors India, emphasized the company’s commitment to training and development as a key aspect of providing high-quality service. He noted that skill development for dealer technicians plays an important role in maintaining service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. The new facility will also prepare the national team of technicians for the biennial ‘I-1 Grand Prix World Technical Competition,’ where Team India has previously ranked in the top 10 among 24 participating countries.
