All Nissan dealers must apply the Nissan Retail Concept. The aim of the new concept is to improve all aspects of the customer experience at Nissan dealers, including the design of the facilities, the service process and the digital environment. More than 400 dealers from 30 different countries have already applied these changes.
In Spain, there have already been 29 installations and it is expected that this year one third of the total installations in Spain will be reached. The goal of Nissan is to implement the NRC in more than 9,000 dealerships in more than 170 countries at the end of the 2022 fiscal year.
The dealers that make up the Nissan Retail Concept have a whole series of new design elements, such as the exterior with the characteristic Nissan red signage and an exclusive delivery area that optimizes the exciting moment when customers receive their vehicle. Customers can also learn more about Nissan vehicles through a digital car configurator, as well as navigate during the service process thanks to commercial tablets.
The New Retail Concept also incorporates the key elements of the Nissan brand, such as Nissan Intelligent Mobility, electric vehicles, light commercial vehicles and the high performance NISMO brand.
