TapFin and IIT Bombay partner to advance EV technology research

Sustainability tech platform TapFin has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the EV Powertrain Lab at IIT Bombay  to address challenges in electric vehicle financing and develop solutions to make EV ownership more accessible.

The partnership seeks to create an ecosystem that connects academia and industry through knowledge exchange, research collaboration, and the development of industry-relevant skills. Both parties will work on joint research projects focused on creating practical solutions for the EV sector.

Students from IIT Bombay will gain exposure to industry trends and challenges, working on real-world projects. TapFin plans to utilize IIT Bombay’s academic expertise to enhance its offerings for businesses in the EV space. TapFin will also participate in IIT Bombay’s annual EV Career Day, providing students with insights into industry challenges and potential job opportunities.
