Renault India has announced the launch of a nationwide after-sales initiative, the Renault Winter Camp. This service camp will be held from November 18 to November 24, 2024, across all Renault service facilities in India.
The camp aims to ensure optimal vehicle performance through a comprehensive 44-point check-up conducted by Renault’s trained technicians. Key aspects covered in this inspection include battery health, power steering fluid levels, indicators and hazard lights, brake fluid reservoir, engine air filter, AC/cabin filter, and coolant levels. The service also includes a complimentary car top wash. These routine checks are designed to improve vehicle performance and enhance the ownership experience for customers.
During the camp, customers can avail of discounts on various services and products. Discounts include up to 15% on select parts, a minimum of 15% on accessories, 10% on engine oil replacement, 15% on labor charges, 15% on value-added services, and 10% on both extended warranty and roadside assistance programs. Additionally, customers registered on the MY Renault app can receive an extra 5% discount on select parts and accessories. Free giveaways will also be provided to all visiting customers.
According to Sudhir Malhotra, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Renault India, the initiative reflects Renault’s focus on offering proactive after-sales care to enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
In addition to vehicle check-ups, various customer engagement activities will be organised, with assured gifts for participants. Renault India currently operates through 580 touchpoints across the country and continues to expand its after-sales and customer support programs.
Renault’s customer-centric initiatives include services such as Renault Secure, Renault Assist, Renault Easy Care, Workshop on Wheels (WoW), and the MY Renault App, along with regular customer service camps. Over the past decade, Renault has established a strong presence in India with a manufacturing facility, technology center, logistics hub, and design center, supported by its product strategy and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Renault India offers a range of vehicles catering to diverse customer needs, focusing on affordability, practicality, and modern design.
