JobGet, a Boston, MA-based provider app-first job platform, acquired Snagajob, a provider of a platform which specializes in hourly employment.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Snagajob will operate as a standalone entity within JobGet, allowing employers to continue leveraging the platform while benefiting from JobGet’s resources and technology.

Snagajob provides a platform focused on hourly employment, connecting 45 million job seekers annually to quality jobs and helping tens of thousands of employers build reliable and robust teams. The company partners with brands such as Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Lowe’s, Aldi, Buffalo Wild Wings, Amazon, Lyft, Five Below, and many others.
