Ducati India has announced a price revision for select models in its motorcycle lineup, which will take effect from January 1, 2025. The adjustment will be applicable to the ex-showroom prices of specific models and variants at all Ducati dealerships across India, including locations in New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata.
Bipul Chandra, Managing Director of Ducati India, explained that the price revision is due to increased operational costs influenced by inflation and rising commodity prices. While this adjustment impacts select models, the company remains committed to delivering a premium riding experience aligned with its positioning in the luxury motorcycle segment.
The year 2025 is anticipated to bring significant developments for Ducati in India, with multiple new product launches planned. The company has already showcased the 2025 Multistrada V4 and Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak, the Scrambler Icon and Scrambler Full Throttle, the Scrambler 10th Anniversario Rizoma Edition, the updated Panigale V2, and the Streetfighter V2. Three additional models are expected to be unveiled by the end of 2024.
Ducati has also celebrated a successful year in MotoGP, winning 19 out of 20 Grand Prix races, along with rider and constructor championships. The manufacturer set a record in Thailand by securing the top eight positions in the Sprint Race, marking a historic achievement in the championship.
The 2025 Multistrada V4 is engineered for versatility and comfort, featuring a V4 Granturismo engine that delivers 170 horsepower with a smooth and responsive performance. Its advanced electronics suite includes Ducati’s Skyhook suspension system, radar-assisted adaptive cruise control, and blind-spot detection for enhanced safety and convenience. The bike is equipped with long-travel suspension, making it ideal for both on-road and off-road adventures, while its ergonomic design ensures rider comfort over extended journeys.
The Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak variant emphasises sporty performance, with a lighter frame, a single-sided swingarm, and exclusive livery inspired by the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. It is equipped with Öhlins electronic suspension and racing-inspired ergonomics for improved handling at high speeds. The bike also features a 17-inch front wheel, enhancing its road-focused capabilities.
The Scrambler Icon is a modern interpretation of Ducati’s classic Scrambler, combining retro styling with contemporary technology. It features an 803cc air-cooled L-twin engine, offering accessible power delivery and a lightweight chassis for nimble handling. Its updated TFT display integrates seamlessly with Ducati’s multimedia system, offering connectivity and intuitive control.
The Scrambler Full Throttle variant has a more aggressive design, inspired by flat-track racing. It includes performance-oriented features such as a sportier exhaust and unique graphics. It shares the same engine and chassis as the Icon, ensuring a balance between style and performance.
The Scrambler 10th Anniversario Rizoma Edition celebrates a decade of the Ducati Scrambler series with distinctive Rizoma components. These include custom mirrors, footpegs, and a fuel cap, adding a refined aesthetic touch. This special edition retains the core characteristics of the Scrambler range while standing out with its exclusive design details.
