Cabalfin was honored at the 65th IFA Annual Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, for her exceptional leadership, business success, and dedication to serving her community.

Nominated by their parent company, honorees are selected for their leadership, commitment to fostering a strong workforce, community service, and support of fellow franchisees.
As a Registered Nurse and a Master’s in Skilled Nursing, Cabalfin brings invaluable healthcare expertise to her franchise operations. Over the past decade, she has expanded her Executive Home Care business across multiple territories, providing top-quality in-home care improving the lives of countless families.
Beyond her business success, Cabalfin is a passionate community advocate. She has led numerous initiatives, including:
- Serving as Team Captain for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, leading her franchise to be the #1 fundraiser in New Jersey and earning the Elite Grand Champion 2023 title.
