Indian stainless-steel manufacturer, Jindal Stainless Ltd. has announced the resignation of Group CFO, Anurag Mantri with effect from April 5, 2025. He cites the pursuit of new professional opportunities as the reason for his resignation, according to a company stock filing.
A seasoned finance professional with more than 25 years of work experience, Mantri has served across diverse industries at companies including Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited (SEIL), ACME Group Solar, HCL Technologies and Larsen & Toubro.
A qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Mantri has also been featured by Forbes on the New Age CFO.
The company has not yet announced its plans for hiring the next CFO.
On the company’s stock front, Jindal Stainless extends its decline, showing mixed signals against moving averages, while the Sensex remains resilient, driven by small-cap gains.
