ILine, a technology company focused on sustainable logistics, has introduced two new mobile applications—the ILine Customer App and the ILine Pilot App—designed to streamline electric vehicle (EV)-based deliveries.

The ILine Customer App allows users to schedule and book deliveries, with options for instant or pre-scheduled services. It includes features like real-time tracking, AI-based estimated arrival times, and multiple payment methods, including digital wallets and UPI. To enhance security, the app uses OTP verification and photo confirmation for deliveries. Additionally, it tracks carbon emissions savings and offers incentives for choosing eco-friendly delivery options.

On the other hand, the ILine Pilot App is built for delivery drivers, offering tools to manage rides efficiently. It uses AI to optimise routes and assign deliveries automatically, aiming to improve productivity and battery efficiency. The app also provides real-time battery monitoring, charging station locations, and financial tracking for earnings and incentives. Safety features include delivery confirmation via OTP, photo proof of delivery, and an SOS button for emergencies.

Prakarsh Dwivedi, CEO of ILine emphasised on the company’s focus on sustainability and technology. ‘Our goal is to make last-mile delivery smarter and more environmentally friendly by integrating AI and EV solutions. These apps are designed to improve efficiency while reducing carbon emissions,’ he said.

The launch of these apps comes as the logistics industry increasingly adopts electric vehicles to minimise environmental impact. By combining AI-driven features with EV technology, ILine aims to offer a more efficient and sustainable approach to last-mile deliveries.
