Zelio E Mobility, an Indian electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has announced a comprehensive two-year warranty on all its electric vehicle models, effective from April 1, 2025. The warranty covers key components like the motor, controller, and chassis for two-wheelers, and the chassis for three-wheeler e-rickshaws, with a fully paperless claim process and no kilometer restrictions, available across Zelio’s expanding network of dealerships.
The new warranty policy from Zelio E Mobility applies to both its two-wheeler and three-wheeler (e-rickshaw) product lines. The warranty encompasses crucial components of Zelio’s electric two-wheelers. Models such as the X-Men, Gracy, Eeva, and Mystery will have their motor, controller, and chassis covered. The chassis of the Tanga Butterfly and Tanga SS models will be protected under the 2-year warranty plan.

According to the company’s statement, customers only need to send the rejected parts, and replacements are provided within three working days. The warranty is fully transferable, adding value for customers. If a vehicle is sold within the warranty period, the new owner will continue to receive full coverage.
