Delphi, a San Francisco, CA-based company that creates AI digital minds to help people scale communication, raised $16M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Sequoia Capital with participation from Menlo & Anthropic’s Anthology Fund, Proximity Ventures, Crossbeam, Parable, Abstract Ventures, 49Palms, Gokul Rajaram, Soleio, MVP Ventures, and founders of companies like Zoom, YouTube, Doordash, and Lyft.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by Sam Spelsberg and Dara Ladjevardian, Delphi turns human expertise into a 24/7 Digital Mind—ready to teach, advise, and scale individual impact. It enables experts, creators, and entrepreneurs to create authenticated digital versions of themselves that anyone can engage with through conversation, anywhere in any language. While face-to-face interactions are limited to people we already know, and traditional media like books and podcasts offer one-way information, Delphi introduces an adaptive conversational medium that scales globally while preserving humanity.
It is already used by notable creators like people like Lenny Rachitsky, Jay Shetty, Codie Sanchez, Dr. Mark Hyman.
