Mahindra Logistics Launches Alyte Premium Mobility Service in Delhi NCR

Mahindra Logistics Ltd. launched Alyte, a premium mobility service targeting urban commuters in Delhi NCR on August 11, 2025. The service represents a rebranding and enhancement of the company’s previous Meru taxi operations, introducing advanced technology features and expanded service offerings.

Alyte provides airport-to-city transfers, in-city travel, and outstation rides through a mobile application. The platform promises assured rides, transparent surge-free pricing, zero cancellations, and 24/7 customer support without automated systems. Users can access real-time GPS tracking and secure payment options through the dedicated mobile app.

The service operates under two categories: Alyte Privé, featuring premium electric vehicles, and Alyte Select, offering sedans and SUVs for regular travel. Professional chauffeurs undergo training to maintain service standards across both categories. The company emphasizes safety, reliability, and environmental sustainability as core service elements.

Mahindra Logistics previously served corporate clients through its Mobility Enterprise Solutions division. The Alyte launch consolidates the company’s people mobility services under a single consumer-focused brand, expanding from business-to-business operations into the broader consumer market.

The company plans to expand Alyte operations to Noida International Airport, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and other metropolitan areas. Mahindra Logistics serves over 400 corporate customers across automobile, engineering, consumer goods, and e-commerce sectors through its integrated third-party logistics services.

“India’s mobility ecosystem stands at an inflection point—demanding new standards in safety, comfort, reliability, and service excellence,” said Hemant Sikka, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Logistics Limited.

The company operates as part of the Mahindra Group, a multinational federation employing 260,000 people across more than 100 countries, with leadership positions in farm equipment, utility vehicles, and financial services.
