GoMo Health and 360 Announce Expansion of R&R Initiative to Support Veterans and First Responders

NEW YORK, Aug. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — GoMo Health and 360 today announced the advancement of their joint venture, R&R, dedicated to providing enhanced support for Veterans and First Responders nationwide. This marks a landmark day for First Responders, Veterans, GoMo, and 360, as the organizations begin the critical work needed to update and complete R&R. The venture is owned equally by GoMo and 360.

The shortage of skilled mental health professionals has left many First Responders and Veterans without timely, stigma-free support. R&R offers anonymous, AI-moderated online group support 24/7, bypassing the barriers of mandated counseling, lack of anonymity, and limited resources. By focusing on early intervention, resilience training, and secure peer connection, R&R empowers users to process trauma, build coping skills, and thrive—ensuring those who serve receive the unwavering support they deserve.

“Today marks a powerful step forward in honoring and supporting those who have selflessly served our country and communities,” said Bob Gold, CEO of GoMo Health. “At GoMo Health, we believe that helping those who have served our country begins with providing personalized support and guidance, grounded in proven cognitive and behavioral engagement science, to empower them in living successful and fulfilling lives. Together, we are building a sustainable, scalable model of care that empowers Veterans and First Responders to thrive, not just survive.”

360 was founded with the vision of being the “perfect business”—one in which everyone involved benefits, from the people served to the equity owners. Its mission is to profit by doing the right thing: helping people lead richer, fuller, and happier lives. The more people 360 helps, the more successful the company becomes.

“Today we move forward with R&R to support the people who make it possible for all of us to sleep soundly at night,” said Peter Basica, Founder and CEO of 360. “Bob Gold and GoMo are the best business partners 360 has had the pleasure to work with. Co-Founder Joel Scardelli and I couldn’t be prouder to be part of 360 and R&R, and we want to thank everyone who has made this day possible.”

General Eisenhower ended his speech and letter to the troops before the D-Day invasion by acknowledging the immense risk they faced—expecting that 80% of those landing on the beaches would be dead or wounded before firing a shot. He wrote: “I have full confidence in your courage, devotion to duty and skill in battle. We will accept nothing less than full Victory! Good luck! And let us beseech the blessing of Almighty God upon this great and noble undertaking.”

For more than 20 years, Peter Basica has had the privilege of working one-on-one with Veterans and actively supporting them. With the renewed commitment to R&R, GoMo Health and 360 are now working to reach thousands—and ultimately millions—of Veterans and First Responders across the nation. Together, both organizations are part of a noble undertaking to ensure those who have served our country and communities receive the care, respect, and opportunities they deserve.
