Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) participated in Anime India 2025 – Ignite, one of the largest anime conventions in Mumbai, with a display featuring specially designed versions of the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Urban Cruiser Taisor, and Glanza. The vehicles featured anime-inspired sticker wraps in vibrant, stylized designs, aligning with the pop culture theme of the event.
The custom-liveried cars were showcased at Toyota’s dedicated booth, which incorporated immersive visuals and interactive elements aimed at engaging attendees. Positioned as moving canvases, the vehicles drew consistent attention from visitors, many of whom took photographs and explored the designs up close.
The collaboration between automotive design and anime aesthetics highlighted Toyota’s effort to connect with younger audiences and reflect contemporary youth interests. While the vehicles retained their original mechanical and functional specifications, the visual modifications were developed exclusively for the event.
Anime India 2025 attracted thousands of fans over the weekend, and Toyota’s presence marked one of the notable brand integrations at the convention. The company did not announce any new product launches or technical updates during the event, focusing instead on brand engagement and creative expression.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor stated that the initiative was part of its broader strategy to strengthen brand relevance among younger demographics through culturally resonant platforms.
