Bolt.Earth and Youdha Form Partnership to Expand Home EV Charging Infrastructure

The companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) focused on expanding charging infrastructure for Youdha’s three-wheeler vehicles, specifically targeting the brand’s L5 category vehicles manufactured by parent company Zuperia Auto.

Under the agreement, Bolt.Earth and Zuperia Auto plan to deploy 2,000 home charging units by March 2026. The partnership aims to address infrastructure gaps in India’s growing electric vehicle market by providing residential charging solutions alongside proper earthing systems for safe installation.

Ayush Lohia, CEO of Zuperia Auto, stated that the collaboration would “enable us to provide EV owners with seamless and reliable home charging solutions, making electric vehicles an even more attractive option for consumers.”

The partnership comes as India’s electric vehicle sector continues to expand, with particular growth in the three-wheeler segment. Home charging infrastructure has been identified as a key factor in driving broader EV adoption, as it addresses range anxiety and provides convenient charging options for vehicle owners.

Bolt.Earth operates India’s largest EV charging network, while Youdha focuses on electric three-wheelers through its parent company Zuperia Auto. The companies say their collaboration will concentrate on developing cutting-edge charging infrastructure and promoting sustainable mobility practices.

The partnership represents part of broader efforts to expand India’s EV charging ecosystem, which industry observers consider crucial for meeting the country’s electric mobility goals. The focus on home charging solutions addresses a specific need in markets where public charging infrastructure may be limited or inconvenient for daily use.
