Honorees demonstrate outstanding clinical work, advocacy, education and community involvement
NEW ORLEANS, Sept. 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Representing excellence in the specialty of emergency nursing through clinical practice, research, education and advocacy, the ENA Connection’s 20 Under 40 Class of 2025 is making an impact in their workplaces and their communities.
“The nurses in this year’s 20 Under 40 Class embody the notion that actions speak louder than words,” said ENA President Ryan Oglesby, PhD, MHA, RN, CEN, CFRN, NEA-BC. “Each of them is a changemaker who proudly reflects the spirit of this association’s mission.”
These 20 rising stars in emergency nursing were selected by a panel of reviewers comprised of ENA members and staff. Each has made an exceptional impact in their workplaces, their communities and the emergency nursing specialty. ENA announced the fifth class of 20 Under 40 honorees as part of its annual General Assembly and Emergency Nursing 2025 in New Orleans this week.
