Suzuki Motorcycle India Launches 2025 V-STROM SX at ₹1.98 Lakh in Four New Colours

Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited has introduced the V-STROM SX in four new colour variants with updated graphics, marking the launch with the company’s first customer-exclusive expedition to the Himalayas.

The adventure tourer now features Pearl Fresh Blue + Glass Sparkle Black, Champion Yellow No. 2 + Glass Sparkle Black, Pearl Glacier White + Metallic Mat Stellar Blue, and Glass Sparkle Black colour options. The refreshed model includes sport-inspired graphics and textured side panels while maintaining its established design and performance specifications.

Coinciding with the launch, Suzuki flagged off its first V-STROM Expedition on 26 September 2025. The 10-day ride takes participating customers from Delhi through Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh before returning to the capital on 5 October 2025.

The route encompasses high-altitude passes, mountain roads, and mixed terrain designed to test the motorcycle’s endurance under challenging conditions. Participants will receive training in high-altitude riding techniques, obstacle handling, first-aid, and adventure photography, with a focus on astro imaging.

“The launch of the V-STROM SX in new colours with refreshed graphics gives our customers more exciting choices while staying true to the motorcycle’s proven reliability and performance,” said Deepak Mutreja, Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at Suzuki Motorcycle India. “The first-ever V-STROM Expedition for customers is an initiative to celebrate our growing community of adventure enthusiasts.”

The V-STROM SX features a 249cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder, oil-cooled SOHC engine with OBD-2B compliance and Suzuki Oil Cooling System technology. The engine delivers 26.5 PS at 9,300 rpm and 22.2 Nm of torque at 7,300 rpm. Suzuki Eco Performance technology aims to balance fuel efficiency with engine performance.

The motorcycle’s design draws inspiration from Suzuki’s DR-Z desert racer and DR-BIG models, incorporating the V-STROM family’s characteristic “beak” design element.

The V-STROM SX in its new colour options is available at Suzuki dealerships across India at Rs 1,98,018 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The company is offering exchange benefits up to Rs 5,000, extended warranty options at Rs 1,709, and insurance benefits up to Rs 8,000. Financing options include loans up to 100% with no hypothecation charges, subject to terms and conditions.

Suzuki Motorcycle India, a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, operates from its Gurugram manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 1.3 million units. The company manufactures scooters, premium motorcycles, and big bikes for the Indian market.
