Bajaj Auto sales rise 4% to 3.25 lakh units in September

Bajaj Auto Ltd reported a 4 per cent increase in domestic sales clocking 3,25,252 units in September 2025, compared to 3,11,887 units in the same month last year.

Two-wheeler and commercial vehicle sales

Domestic two-wheeler sales rose 5 per cent to 2,73,188 units in September from 2,59,333 units a year earlier. Commercial vehicle sales in the domestic market, however, declined 1 per cent to 52,064 units against 52,554 units in September 2024.

Exports of two-wheelers increased 12 per cent to 1,57,665 units, while commercial vehicle exports soared 67 per cent to 27,587 units during the month.

Overall performance

Overall, Bajaj Auto sold 5,10,504 units in September 2025, up 9 per cent from 4,69,531 units in the same month last year. Exports contributed 1,85,252 units, a rise of 18 per cent.

For the April–September 2025 period, domestic sales fell 6 per cent to 13,75,601 units from 14,67,332 units in the corresponding period of the previous year. Exports during the half year rose 20 per cent to 10,29,756 units.
